except they want further proof of address ??? they have had wage slips and bank statements P60 driving licence etc ............ talk about a fuss ????
This is an ID check. Payslips and P60s dont provide any help there. Driving licence is used for identity but cannot be used again for address. Bank statements can be used for address if original has been seen.
if the other agent was sacked and de authorised like you say then it would require a new agent to sign off on it and they probably don't want to go on photocopies.
