“POM Wonderful's Royal Wedding Prize Draw”
Sponsored by POM Wonderful

Summary
POMWonderful LLC (the “Promoter”) is offering users of the website at pomwonderful.co.uk operated by the Promoter the chance to win: a £20,000 cheque and 15 cases of POM Wonderful.
There will be a total of one prize available to be won by one entrant to this free prize draw. To participate in this free prize draw (the “POM Wonderful: Royal Wedding Prize Draw” or “Prize Draw”) please access pomwonderful.co.uk and follow the online instructions to complete and transmit the entry form, including answers to the questions, to be submitted no earlier than 17 March 2011 at 12:00:01 AM GMT and no later than 31 March 2011 at 11:59:59 PM GMT. Winner will be announced 10 days after the drawing date indicated in Section 6 below.
Detailed Terms and Conditions
The following are further details about the Prize Draw and the terms and conditions that apply to all entries:

1. In order to participate in the Prize Draw you must be a legal UK resident and be accessing the website page (pomwonderful.co.uk) from the UK. You must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the Prize Draw. Employees, suppliers, officers, directors, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. Entry into the free prize draw must be made by completing and transmitting the official entry form located at URL="http://www.pomwonderful.co.uk/"]pomwonderful.co.uk[/URL and answering the questions in the Entry Form (“Questions”). No entries from agents, representatives, third parties, organised groups or applications generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not made in accordance with these instructions will be rejected.
3. The Prize Draw will run from 17 March 2011 to 31 March 2011. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59:59 (GMT) on 31 March 2011 (the “ Closing Date”).
4. The Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person per day. Additional Entries: An Entrant will have the option to gain one (1) additional entry for referring friends via email after their Prize Draw Entry has been accepted. An Entrant is only allowed one (1) additional entry per day regardless of the number of friends they refer in one day . For the purpose of this Prize Draw, a “day” will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. GMT and end at 11:59:59 p.m. GMT.
5. Reponsibilty is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
6. The first entry drawn at random on or about 1 April 2011 (the “Draw Date”) by an independent judge from all entries accepted and received by the Closing Date that answer the Questions correctly will win a £20,000 cheque which may be used for the Prize winner's own Royal Wedding and 15 cases of POM Wonderful (the “Prize”).
7. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Pom juice element of the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the award of any part of the Prize as described herein. Promoter is not responsible if the Prize, or any part thereof, cannot be awarded due to any acts of God, action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The Prize is non-transferable.
8. Should the Prize Draw not be capable of running as Promoter planned for any reason beyond Promoter's reasonable control (including, but not limited to, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, fraud, third party technical or human error or any other causes which Promoter, in its reasonable opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or intended conduct of this Prize Draw or amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the Prize Draw in any jurisdiction) the Promoter is under no obligation to and may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or modify the Prize Draw or these official rules, terms, and conditions with or without prior notice.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the Draw Date. The winner must claim the Prize within 7 days of the notification. 11. Winner of the Prize Draw may be required to participate in publicity arising from the prize draw. By accepting and/or using the Prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice and likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion relating to the Prize Draw.
12.
