How do i work out tax and insurance??

Hi my oh is looking at getting another job but on £22,000 a year how much approx tax and nats ins would be took?? We have children and are married so i think he would be on the lower tax group,

His tax code is unaffected by being married and having children. You will need to know his tax code to know how much he will be paying but let's assume for now that it is the basic one in which case his take home salary for the year will be £16,642.28.
I don't know whether you qualify for tax credits on top, but that calculation is simply on the annual salary you have quoted, assuming no adjustments are made to his tax code from the starting personal allowance.0 -
