Just found this link on another site.
Don't do what I just did though......sent off form without putting in name and address in message box!!!
Had to do it all over again.

Click on Quick Links and then on Contact us.
Enter your details on the message form
with Free Gift as the subject.
In the Message box enter the name and address
of a friend or relative anywhere in the UK.
Add a short greeting to them.
Click on send message.
That’s all there is to it!

We’ll send them a free selection pack of our
confectionery freshly baked that day, with your
good wishes.
