I'm 26 and have 20 years left on the mortgage but would like to clear it in 5Jan 2010 - Overdraft £9,500 / Credit Cards £5,000 / Loan £9,500 / Mortgage £128,000
Jun 2010 - Overdraft £0 / Credit Card £0 / Loan £0 / Mortgage £125,250
Oct 2011 - Overdraft £7,000 :mad: / Mortgage £115,295
Dec 2014 - Overdrafts 15,000 / Credit Cards 16,000 / Loans 25,000 / Cars 18,000 / Mortgages 232,5000 -
I'm 26 with currently 21 years left on mortgage. Took out 30 years from 23. However, all will depend on moving (would like to). Going back to work (perhaps when the kids are at school 4 years?)
Whatever happens I'd like to be mortgage free by 40 (but won't be possible unless we up our income and don't move.)
We only have £1000 a month for everything after mortgage for a family of four, so things are already tight without overpayments.OPs so far £42,139
