I had that problem on a different now comp until I realised that even if you say no to offers, they still want a phone number put in as well. Try a row of zeros if you want to be sure of avoiding spam calls it - it accepted that instead of a proper number.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
