CCJ - Full & Final Offer

Hi I'm new to this and wondered if anyone can help. In the past I've been very stupid and consequently owe about £70K to about 7 companies. Within this there are 3 CCJs, I have made arrangements with all companies and for the past 2 years have been making affordable payments. In the next 6 months I will be in the position to clear all or the bulk of this debt. My question is this:
When the money comes through to me I am intending to write to each company and ask them if they are willing to negotiate for a full an final settlement without any further prejudice, hoping that hey will reduce the amount for a lump sum rather than 15 years of monthly payments. However I'm concerned that if I don't pay the amount recorded on the CCJ that this will mean I can't have it as satisfied even if the company are happy with the arrangement.
All help gratefully received

You say 3 have CCJs, what about the other 4, have you CCAd them to see if they are valid and enforceable?
You can try a F&F but I would personally do it in writing and get it back they they accept it.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
PRESS THANKS

Thanks for your quick reply.
I haven't, I'm not sure what that entailed and sort of take the stance that I did borrow the money in good faith...
Re the F&F settlement I've dealt with everything in writing but do you know if a reduced F&F settlement would affect the satisfying of the CCJs?0 -

Alot of people accepted money in good faith and sh** happened.
Personally I would send CCA requests to the 4 that dont have CCJs. For the sake of £4 you could find that some arnt enforceable.
With F&F, I am not sure about but if you owed me £10k and I have a CCJ for that amount against you, I am going to get my money eitherway so why would I settle for a smaller amount.
You the only way to know if a F&F would satisfy the CCJ would be to ask, I cannot comment on what the company would reply with but you have nothing to lose. Whats the worst they could say "NO"
You would have to cover every angle with the letter about what you want to appear on your credit file if you settle.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.

Any advice will be greatfully received0 -
In addition, I forgot to add that 2 of the 3 CCJ's have a charging order against my house (negative equity).0
