26 trying for 15k over 2 years

Im trying to get a 15k loan over 2 years.
I have a credit rating with experian, equifax and callcredit all around 820.
have 1700 left on two credit cards which i pay well over minimum each month and i get 32k after tax my outgoings are 500 a month and the rest is disposable income.
any ideas why im getting refused i worked in my last job for 4 years then moved now for 11 months could the short time in current employment be putting lenders off

are you on the electoral roll?how long at present address?how many applications have you made in the last couple of months?

I suspect there is either something 'wrong' on your credit file, address not matching address on electrol role etc or they just think you can't afford to pay it back or they won't make enough miney out of you.
You could try applying for the same amount over 4 years but go for a loan that has low or no early/over repayment fees.
Also, if you have been submitting applications left, right and center recently you may need to give it 6mths for the searches on your file to clear.
Best bet would be to try your own bank in person as, if they can't offer you one, they will be able to tell you why not.

you only have 500 outgoings so your have 2,166 per month to save
why do you have 1,700 on CCs?
