Thought I would start up a thread for two of my favourite foods. Unhealthy I know but tasty.
These offers are all from M&S but I'm sure that others will contribute to this thread with offers from all the supermarkets.
Mini bites are on offer at 3 for £5. They come in a few different varieties:
Extremely chocolatey
Irish Liqueur
Oat, Cranberry and Yoghurt
Chocolate and Orange
Chocolate and Coconut
Chocolate Cornflake
Flapjack
Mince pies are on 2 for £2.
After Dinner Mints are 99p for 110g. They are not the cheapest around but they are not made by Nestle which ordinary 'After Eights' are made by, so people that have stopped buying Nestle can still enjoy.
Sweet and chocolate boxes on offer, good for gifts are:
Turkish Delight 350g box, Operetta (similar to Ferrero Rocher) 200g box, Cherry Liqueurs 225g box and Soft Nougat 156g box. These are on a 3 for £5 deal.
[STRIKE]Chocolate selection (in a red box) is half price at £2.99 (usually £5.99) for a 390g box.[/STRIKE] This is back to full price.
Cartons of biscuits are on 2 for £5. (£4.49 for 1) These are:
Scottish shortbread, 675g
Savoury biscuit carton, 500g
Milk, dark and white chocolate selection, 500g
Family selection, 500g
Viennese selection, 500g
[STRIKE]The Belgian Collection biscuit carton is £2.99 for 500g (dark green and gold box).[/STRIKE] This has been reduced again to £2.24 per box.:j
[STRIKE]Belgian chocolates (in a gold box with a red ribbon) are £3.99 down from £7.99.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Belgian biscuit tin (400g) is £2.99, was £5.99.[/STRIKE]
All the Belgian biscuit tins are now buy one, get 2nd one half price.
Walnuts whips are on offer, save £1 a pack. They were £2.99 but are now £1.99 for a pack of 8! As discussed on its own thread they are yummy!:j
Hoping someone will know of where I can find some Maltesers cheaply. Last year just after Christmas I got a bucket of milk and white Maltesers for under £2 for 719g worth. Now that is a bargain.
Went back the next day and they had all gone.
I recently bought a box that was £1.10 for 146g from Sainsburys and individual bags cost 29p for 37g in Quality Save.
I might just have to wait until after Christmas though. Roll on January!:T

The M&S small 30p bars of choc (similar to Mars, Bounty, Marathon, Kit Kat etc) are 3 for 2 at the moment.
I can vouch for the cherry liqueurs, yummmmmmmmm!
Re After Eights, the Tesco Value after dinner mints are excellent and only 78p for a 200g box. We served them at a black tie dinner party last summer and no-one knew, the comment was how nice they were!"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -

Saw a post somewhere on here last night saying they were about £3.50 a tin if you buy about 6 tins from Asda online and use a discount code. Sorry can't find the post right now but maybe someone else can.0 -
Tesco and Sainsburys do big tins of sweets or chocolates. I'm sure someone will have prices of these.
More maltesers for me today. This time they cost me £1.45 for a 175g bag. I think this works out cheaper than my previous buy of £1.10 for a 146g box. Anyone care to share the maths with me as I can't do it.:o0 -
