What can I bake with this lot?

Right I cleared the cupboard out an found the following ingredients. I'm ok at baking as long as its not too complicated:
2kg demerara sugar
500g sultanas
500g dark brown sugar
1kg icing suguar
2 pots (170g) baking powder
1 pot (200g) Bicarb
Loads and loads of muesli & cornflake type cereals - you name it, its here!!
Other bits and pieces of baking stuff - half bag of flour etc
I'm looking for cake (muffin types) that I can do that isn;t going to tax me too much.
I will buy any other ingredients I need to do a recipe if you have one.
Thank in advance.

You could makequite a few things with that mix.
-Flapjacks with the dried fruit,sugar and cereals
-bara brith cake
-If you have s.r flour then muffins made with the fruit and cereals0
