I Want A DAB Radio

My girlfriend wants a DAB radio for xmas. I dont know anything about them or what i should look for. I Just want a cheap/reliable radio.

She also mentioned she wanted a pink onenif possible, but this is not to important.

Just bought a tevion DAB in aldi for £35, works fine so far and also has FM.

tesco have a dab digital radio for £29.97 - digilogic dmr-1 - but it is silver

Go with Pure. I've got two although neither are pink! As previous reply Pure One is available in pink.

Look inside those cheap DAB radios, the one from Aldi (Tesco sell the same one wityh a different badge). Build quality is shocking and the boards I've seen look like poorly made school projects that would barely scrape a pass.
I know that is not something you can do before you buy- but if you've got one I wouldn't expect a long service life.
If you want decent build quality buy a major brand like the one mentioned- I think it's worth the extra money.

Richer sounds have some Pure models cheap. Roberts have a new model in girlie pink,but it`s still £100. Have you checked to see if you have DAB reception in your area?. Nothing here in my area of Suffolk. If you have Sky, then you can get hundreds of stations and a Skygnome means you can listen anywhere in the house.
