Ok folks ...... i'm looking for the best ideas for a cold remedy ... this is the second time in 4 weeks and it's killing me (man flu).

Any ideas for remedies .... i usually pop some ibuprofens ..... but there not great.

What does everybody else do?
A banker is someone who lends you an umbrella when the sun is shining, and who asks for it back when it start to rain.
