lol. i think we are coming to the same place from different directions.

the problem is that there is still the tendency to say - no cca = automatic dispute without any other reasons

that is wrong

old template letters that imply that don't help

if there are other genuine grounds independent of the cca issue then that is another matter

...How can that be clarified with no cca, which shows the terms to which both partied agreed?

Not only that, dca's are always adding illegal / fictitious charges.
You need the cca to see if they have the right to do so.

In my view anyway, the lack of a cca remains a clear dispute.
