Credit clearance after bankruptcy

Maybe a simple question but I am new to the forum so bear with me plse..
I have finally reached the 6 year stage of my bankruptcy so should be clear etc....however I am lead to understand that my credit reports may still show some details.......How do I go about clearing out all the old information from those reports????

All entry’s that where included within your Bankruptcy should be marked as satisfied from the original date of order by the court.

If any old entry’s are still showing after the 6 years then you need to raise a notice of dispute directly with the credit reference agency, you could also attempt to contact the data controller (creditor) directly, however contacting the credit reference agency is far quicker and more effective

The obvious question now is which credit agencies do I contact and where are they ( ie web site contact details etc?)
You hear so many horror stories about people thinking they were clear only to find out some sort of 'blacklisting' is still active
