Can't get hold of MBNA

I have just tried phoning MBNA as I want to know how much I still owe on my loan and they saying the office is now closed.
The hours are meant to be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Does anybody know if they close for lunch?

I doubt all of MBNA closes for lunch,nice thought though, got to give you that !

Hi, I managed to get hold of them, they did close until 1.30.

They must have done, or there was a techincal problem.
