I was just wondering if anyone has been paid to model for a photographer?
And if anyone who is a photographer would be willing to pay a model for her time?
Thanks

I don't do nudity, well i may go topless but only if it adds something to the story line, and the film really needs it.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Be careful - an awful lot of photographers who do that sort of work (euphemistically called 'glamour shoots'), may try to lure you into areas that you really don't want to get into."Never underestimate the mindless force of a government bureaucracyseeking to expand its power, dominion and budget"Jay Stanley, American Civil Liberties Union.0

Yes I have, but through agencies. Don't touch a "photographer" who contacts you out of the blue with a barge pole! I would only deal with freelance photographers if recommended to me by someone i know who has worked with them, and if they have references and credentials. The only thing we know for sure, is that we know nothing0

You can register on sites like ModelMayhem or Purestorm, its free to register, but you will find until you have built up a substantial portfolio of work that most photographers will only want to work TF (Time For) - for example you supply your time as a model and they will provide the images from the shoot on either a Disc or print for you to use in your portfolio.
You need to have a good deal of experience to get paid work, you can alos find a local studio through these sites who have a book of models they call on for photographers, a lot safer than working out of an unknown photographers house/studio, but of course you split any money with the studio.
We have used models from Modelmayhem a lot and have met some great people, but would advise you to research it fully before jumping in.Over 100k miles of Electric Motoring and rising,0
