Hello!
I'm looking at buying something from the US but have seen you get charged VAT on anything over £18, and then have to pay a fee to the Post Office to collect it. What I'm trying to find out is what exchange rate HMRC uses to work out the £18 in dollars. I've looked on the HMRC website and have had no luck, and the e.mail I've sent them will be replied to in 15 days...
Any help will be gratfully received!
