Asda On-line - not yet paid for?

Hi
I have been doing my monthly grocery shopping with Asda On-Line for 12 months now. The cost of my shopping has always been debited from my Mastercard the day after delivery.
However, this months shop the 4th March (nearly 2 week ago) has not yet been debited.
When I check my Account Online - the status of my shopping order is 'Order Processing'. Usually after payment the status changes to 'Order Delivered'.
I have sent Asda an email but as yet I have not had a reply.
Can it sometimes take this long for the money to be debited?
Has anybody else had this problem?

Oh yes, I once had an Asda payment taken out of my account three months later. One of the MANY reasons I no longer shop there.0
