Free online personal fitness trainer. This is a free unlimited 7 day trial, there is so much included it amazed me.

I've lost 3lbs already this week and I've still got 2 days to go.
Well worth a try, it's been a hell of a week :j literally.
I found it in a freebies section on a slimming guide site.
There were some other bits and bobs for free too, all slimming related obviously.
It wont let me post the link, oops... lets try another way...

The site was slimmersguide, dotinfo and just click on the freebies tab. Right there.

I did have to provide an email address to access the trial.
Tip: I always use a disposable email address just in case but I haven't got any spam from them. Yay!

Yeah, thats definitely the right one. Don't think you get the free 7 day free trial unless you go through that slimmersguide dot info site though, I know it's the real deal cos I've tried it.
