In response to them not including their names on letterheads,They don't need to unless one or both is an undischarged bankrupt.
The names do have to be included on business letters, invoices and so on. Here's a document http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/about/pdf/gbf3.pdf0 -
for a partnership .. an invoice requires a business name .trading address VAT no (if applicable)
UTR should be avaliable if requested.
On letterheads the names of the business partners need to be shown but only trading address0 -
You come on here drip-feeding information and wonder why you get blunt replies! Sheesh! The questions in your original post were adequately answered - you then disclose further information and move the goalposts!0
