Aiming to get debt free this year!

Hello all,
So, whilst I don't have massive debts (probably around £6k? Definitely under £10k) it is bringing me down, and I want to clear it all and start living within my means (and being able to save for things such as holidays!)
I have a 3 credit cards, and 2 overdrafts. The cards are all at 0%, so at the moment I am paying the minimum payment whilst I work on clearing the overdrafts. I am finding it difficult to keep track though - when you're working with negative amounts anyway, it is so much more difficult to keep track of what you have left!
I have decided to join these boards hoping that I can get support to help keep me motivated. I have tried setting budgets etc in the past and after a week or so always forgotten about them and they fall by the wayside.
I would be grateful for any advice on where to start! Thank you!
