Employees (and family members of employees) of any PayPal company, its affiliates, subsidiary companies ("PayPal"), eBay Inc., its affiliates, subsidiary companies ("eBay"), any representatives or agents of PayPal or eBay and anyone else who may be professionally involved with the Competition may not enter the Competition. PayPal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
• By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other special conditions that are specific to the Competition.
• The Promotion begins at 00:00:01 on March 11 2011 and finishes at 23:59:59 on March 31 2011 ("Promotional Period").

  There is no cash alternative to the Prizes and the Prizes are not transferable.
• The draw for the Prizes will be made on 06 April 2011 (“Prize Draw”).
• Subject to these terms and conditions, a “Valid Entry” will be entered into the Prize Draw on your behalf if, during the Promotional Period, you:
  • answer correctly all of the questions at https://www.paypal-marketing.co.uk/campaigns/quiz/ and
  • provide your name (including title), email address and date of birth to PayPal.
• For the avoidance of doubt, you do not require a registered PayPal account to be entered into the Competition.
• Only one Valid Entry per individual.
• The closing time for receipt of Valid Entries for the Prize Draw shall be the end of the Promotional Period. The entry field for the Prize Draw (“Entry Field”) shall consist of all Valid Entries received by PayPal during (and not later than) the Promotional Period.
• At the Prize Draw one (1) Valid Entry will be randomly selected from the Entry Field as the winner of the 1st Prize. The 2nd Prize will then be drawn, followed by the 3rd Prize and so on until all of the Prizes have been distributed.
• If your Valid Entry wins one of the Prizes you will be notified by email (to the email address that you provided to PayPal when entering the Competition) within10 working days of the Prize Draw taking place. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provided when entering the Competition are up to date and accurate so you can be contacted if you win. You must ensure you are contactable at any time between the end of the Promotional Period and16 April 2011 on the email address that you provided when entering the Competition. If PayPal or its authorised agents are not able to contact you by midnight 7 days after the first attempted notification that you have won a Prize, or if you cannot, for whatever reason, accept a Prize, PayPal reserves the right to re-draw for the Prize and your entitlement to the Prize will lapse.
• Subject to these terms and conditions, PayPal will [arrange for the Prize to be delivered to you following notification]. If you win the Prize, please allow up to [3 weeks] from the time of the Prize Draw for your Prize to arrive.
• The winners’ names will be available at https://www.paypal-marketing.co.uk/campaigns/quiz/ and, for two months after the end of the Promotional Period, you may request the details of the winners by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to PayPal Where It’s At Winners, PayPal, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond upon Thames, Surrey, TW9 1EH. PayPal may also ask winners to provide proof of their age and/or country of residence.
• PayPal may keep details of any entry (including Valid Entries). All entries (including Valid Entries) are the property of PayPal and will not be returned.
• PayPal reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Competition at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion. • If PayPal has any suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, PayPal reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. PayPal may also disqualify any entrant that does not act in accordance with these terms and conditions or PayPal's rules and policies.
• PayPal may disqualify (and withdraw entries and/or Prizes from) any individual using the Competition in a way in which PayPal deems inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Competition includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the participant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other participants).
• PayPal shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Competition. Nothing in these terms shall limit PayPal's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
• If you win a Prize you irrevocably grant PayPal permission to use your name, likeness and biographical information for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes. You will also be required to sign a Publicity Release Form.
• PayPal does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. PayPal reminds entrants of the nature and limitations of the internet and mobile networks and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Competition or receipt of a Prize.
• Although PayPal will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Competition ("Promotional Material") is accurate, PayPal is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect PayPal's operation of the Competition, including (without limitation) the accuracy of any Promotional Material.
• PayPal may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of this Competition (including, without limitation, hosting the Competition website and providing and sending out the Prizes) and we may provide some of the information you provide us to them. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with PayPal and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information PayPal provides them or they provide to PayPal for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced eBay/PayPal related operation. For the avoidance of doubt, PayPal will take no responsibility for cancellations or defaults by any third party supplier.
• PayPal will not use the personally identifiable information you provide us when entering the Competition to send you any unsolicited marketing emails.
• The decision of PayPal is final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• English Law governs this Competition and these terms and conditions.
