Temporary Contract - can I pay into staff pension?

Hello

I have been on a temporary contract for 2 years now with the same company. does this mean that I should be offered the opportunity to pay into the company pension scheme, as I should not be descriminated against?.

Permanent employees are offered this after 3 months service?

Have all your contracts as a temporary employee of the company been continuous with no gap? How are holidays paid - at the time you take them or by way of adding a payment for holidays each time you are paid?

HI thanks for the reply.
My contracts have been continuous, and my holidays have been paid (5 weeks a year), my sick pay is also the same as for a permenant employee.
