Asda Stupidity or confusing

Got a flyer through door from Asda showing frozen sweetcorn @ £1.00 per 750 gm bag.
Went to store to find offer in cabinet Buy 2 for £3.
Found offer packs in different place.Gondola end
Queried pricing as to why buying 2 packs would be MORE EXPENSIVE than buying 2 singles with grocery manager (Asda Gosforth) who said it did not matter as 2 packs would have gone through as 2 singles.
Asked why they could not remove 2 for £3 label and replace with £1 each but got no satisfactory answer.
Also luxury yogurts big size 450 ml were reduced from £1 to 50p recently so tried and found great tasting.
Now gone up to 60 p and within a week gone back up to 95p.
DO THEY REALLY THINK WE DO NOT NOTICE.
I thought the point of own label was to offer consistent good value!!

So, you're getting a better deal on sweetcorn that what is displayed in store, and the yoghurt is still 5p cheaper than it was before the half price offer....why are you complaining?

So the yoghurt was on offer and now it isn't? Why is this a problem exactly?
