When does a harmless hobby become a weird and irresistible compulsion?

Very much doubt itI know by heart the floorplan of every house for sale in Cambridgeshire at the moment.
How many people can say that, truthfully? Farmhouse or town house, show me the RICS diagram and I can tell you the address. I'm also pretty au fait with all the homes for sale in Norfolk, Suffolk and Northamptonshire. And Rutland, let's not forget Rutland, even though it's small. And tonight, for the first time, I investigated Devon, Cornwall and Dorset.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Seriously though, she's an amateur...... I do 2-3 hours every day, without fail, minimum. Every day. Without fail. Have to look ...... all those houses I'll never buy/don't want, something catches your eye and you're off. When did it last sell, how much for, what does zoopla think, were there any planning applications, who objected, what's it like on google streetview, what's it like on the satellites. Check the crime maps, what about adjoining areas... How about an imaginery rail journey or three (times and costs) to places I will never actually travel from the house/s I'll never buy (or even view).
I love it

If you are talking obsessed, how about this guy
http://my.fool.co.uk/profile/KingofNowhere/activity.aspx
Every single day he clocks on this site and ramps his Bull message throughout the day, in the process he complains constantly to Fool staff and has made it his mission to remove anything bearish on property on whatever technicality he can get away with, he is a nightmare to the staff there.
FOURTEEN THOUSAND POSTS, and this is only this site, he has also posted on singing pig, houspricecrash and here at MSE, and god knows how many other sites have to put up with him.
Can anyone beat that:)0
