free duck help?

I got home from work today, and found a "mod duck" from a company called
joe browns sitting in my porch.
It says I ordered by e mail, and am paying by i points, but there is an order total of £10.70 on the bottom, with the payment slip removed.
I have a vague memory of sending off for a freebie a while back - does this mean anything to anyone, and is it free or not?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

i often order from ipoint and have never had an invoice or letter like you describe, if you loginto your ipoints account, go to 'my account' then 'statement' and scroll down to the bottom for your most recent transactions that should answer all your questionsDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
I don't know why you would have gotten this if you didn't order it - is this the duck?

Showing a price of £7.50 though, not £10.70 - have you ordered from Joe Browns before?
Hopefully someone on here can help you further

I tried that and nothing showed up at all.
Elzo - yes that is the one, the extra is for package and postage. I must have sent for it, but would only have done so if it was free/dirt cheap. as there's no way I'd ever pay that for a plastic duck, however cute! All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

if no one signed for it they have no proof of delivery (POD).
if you didn't order it then it is unsolicited goods and you do not have to pay.
if you did order it it was either free or you used points.
what ever way you look at it, you've gained a duck.
