Right. I emailed customer support and they said that they have applied the credit and that it takes 24 hours to proccess and I should check at lunch time today.
I've just checked and no credit, so have emailed again.
I'm in a tough place now, I've spent more time getting this offer than it is actually worth. Unfortunately though I'm too stuborn to pay them for something should be free. So now I'm going to have to go into town and buy a card.

My card got to my mum on time but it was RUBBISH! The message was misprinted and the writing on the inside of the card showed through on the outside. Wasn't worth it even as a freebie, going to e-mail a photo to them to see what they have to say.
