accordind to their new Spring /summer 2011 catalogue
    http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.209-0219.aspx for 1000 pocket £550
    http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.209-6036.aspx for 1200 pocket with memory £650

so i think the one OP post is the correct price ( £400) but it is a bargain with half price+ extra points, now just a waiting game.

Yeah, I was taking it as simply a good bargain too, in that it was a reduced price and then it said there was a special promotion on as the range was newly introduced. My receipt/order details screenshot makes it look like that too (here's hoping). The points I was seeing as an extra 'bonus' and more...risky.

Edit-I see what you mean, in that the one we ordered only has 800 pocket and is £400, whereas the 1000 is £550 etc, so the 400 is the right price essentially, and then the discount kicks in. Right. So, even more hope we should get then, eh?

    Still on beds!
Ordering a bunk bed - its reduced from £450 to £270. On one thread above it says the 5000 extra points are added on the original price not the discount price.
My checkout says i cant have the 5000 because its less than the £350.
Am i missing something? Or was it an error and they fixed it today!

Thanks for original post. Ordered 2 single with storage this morning. Joined Quidco as well so got over £50 tesco points and £26 on quidco plus 2 beds for £274. This morning as leaving for work neighbour was having beds delivered for her kids and was wishing that I could afford new beds for my 2 boys as their bunks falling apart. Here's hoping we all get them. .

Not an error that's been fixed I don't think, no.

It depends on where Tesco apply the discount when you get to checkout. Sometimes the reduced price is shown straight away. Other times the full price is shown and then the discount is deducted further down; this is when you benefit because the '£350 spend' depends on the figure before this final discount is deducted.

From what you say, it sounds like you are unlucky with the bunk beds. I was very lucky with the double mattress I bought, as was the OP on this thread.
