Long story but basically I don't have any witnesses for an Employment Tribunal. Can I win without witnesses?
I'll never be a Money Saving Expert while my kids are Mony Spending Experts.

This is the challenge of employment tribunals as at the end of the day it is seen that your witnesses will be going against the company (and your view is one that suggests this wouldnt be "forgiven") which will rarely do anything for their own prospects within the company. People can spout all they wont about laws to prevent witnesses being victimised/ harassed/ punished for their statements but then reality kicks in.
Your solicitor is clearly the best person to give you advice and any tactics on potentially encouraging other witnesses to be willing to be involved.
Personally however I would say that someones personality (eg confrontational/ aggressive) is a perfectly legitimate part of a performance review as it clearly will impact their ability to perform duties/ others opinions of them/ team moral etc.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

If you have Legal Expenses cover on your home insurance this will include both free legal advice and representation on employment issues. If you dont want the representation they will still be able to give you advice over the phone and may be able to helpAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
