Thanks OP. At Hemel I bought 2 bags of oranges and the glitch worked eg 1.99 each and £3.98 deduction. Then I bought another 6 bags barcode already posted. The promotion was quite prominent, but I did notice a lot of customers had left packs of other apples and oranges in the promotion area once they had found the promo, so some MSE'ers might have picked these up insteadStill virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

I bought 2 cantaloupes this morning from Penarth Marina store, £1.99 each, on BOGOF, went throught then minused £3.98 from final bill.
Am doing full shop tonight so will let you know if it's still working.
UPDATE - went and did big shop tonight, 2x melons; 2x bags apples; 2x bags pears, got normal discount (ie BOGOF). However, the first time I was self served, the second I had cashier.
Receipt says BOGAF still, so maybe no discount on manned tills?June 2009 - Wii; December 2009 - Fortnum & Mason Hamper; 2009 - Little Red Tractor DVD; How to afford time off work book; April 2010 - Mamas & Papas Pram; May 2010 - Imperial Leather Goodies; Jan 2011 - Trivial Pursuit cards; Narnia goodies; VTech cot mobile (stopped comping!) Help! Went to Tesco earlier and tried this, got my shopping and some apples, bogof 1.80 should have been 3.60 deducted.
went back to get melons and oranges, sure enough nil to pay, Got home looked at the reciept and at the bottom it says nil to pay then void transaction.
Feeling a bit sick.0 -
Tried on the apples and melons. They were just BOGOF, but hey I needed some fruit and BOGOF was not a bad offer...
Though prices are misleading as canteloupe melons are often around £1 in Tesco and these were £1.99 and BOGOF
Oh well0 -
Anyone tried any of the Eastbourne stores? Or tried it this morning come to that?!0

I have just got back from Hastings Extra, I 'bought' a melon and pack of apples first, the full £3.79 got deducted, so i went back and got another melon and a pack of pears, and again the full £3.69 was deducted.0
