ccj..my current mortgage lender refused further lending

Hi
This is my first post, and i know CCJs have been covered previously but none seem to relate to my circumstances.
4 years ago, i was in debt and ended up going to CCCS to arrange repayments. Everything went fine, till 2 years or so later Teso sell on my debt, and i find myself with a CCJ for £3000. In 18 months or so it was paid off, and so in Dec 2010 i became debt free.
I have recently remarried and we want to move, and apply for a jont mortgage. We have a combined income of £70k approx, and equity of 120K approx, so would need LTV of 68%. Approached Accord, my current mortgage lender, to be told NO, no further lending because of CCJ. We need more space, so either need to move or extend, am worried now that neither a mortgage or a loan will be available to me even though i cant help thinking that the value of the CCJ is nothing in comparisson to income and equity, but those 3 letters look like stopping me moving forward.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance

If the CCJ is over 2 years old and no other credit issues then you may have options.
