This nuke meltdown could make the crisis far worse. BOJ added more trillions of Yen to the worlds supply. Japan has most of its wealth stored around the world, they may need to start selling up big time to pay for their worst crisis since WW2.
What are the mid to long term affects on the worlds ecconomy?

This thread is about the effect on the rest of the world economy. Not trying to be hartless, its tragic all those dead and lost everything.
I am just wondering if Japan will start to cash in assets all around the world to pay for it all, and if they do will this cause a compete collapse of the already unstable fiat currency system?0 -

A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

I would have thought that one of their primary concerns would be where they are going to live and where food, jobs and money etc will be coming from.0 -
Once again this thread is not really about Japan but the rest of the world.
Will the Japanese keep QE trillions of units of fiat currency even more than the Americans now?
It used to be the US$ winning the race to the bottom, but now it seems the Japanese Yen is speeding up to the finish line?0 -
