Welcome to the evergrowing list of disappointed 'customers' of Oddsandpods. I should have 'Googled' the site BEFORE placing an order on 3rd of March. I too (along with it appears hundreds of others) have been unable to elicit any response from the company after they took my money for some Sony ear phones. These have not been forthcoming and I have contacted Portsmouth Trading Standards regarding them (a rather luke warm response to say the least) and am currently claiming my money back via Visa card used for the transaction. How a company can be allowed to continue by local trading standards with so many complaints beggars belief.
Their web site has been down for past 2 weeks approx. and there are still no replies from their email contact address.
  • Me too I'm in the same boat as both of you. I'm currently trying to get charges back from my bank if you look at my thread and there worse than Odds and Pods.

I might need to go down the consumer direct route please look at my thread any advise you can give will be helpful thanks :)
