I still haven't had my voucher despite inputting the reciept at 4pm Monday, called cs and initially she said they had closed the deal (gasp) but then said no, her mistake, it's just taking upto 5 days to process some reciepts and to try reinputting them, have done this three times but nothing! Waiting to do my weekly shop!!! anyone else waited longer than 36hours for their voucher?
I'd call again and keep calling till it was sorted.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
