  • My second post so forgive me if I mess up (I posted the first one on the other thread instead of this one so messed up immediately!!:rotfl:)

I think the following work on DTD too:

Dettol Anti Bac Multi Action Trigger green apple
    Tesco - £2.25 each
    Asda - 2 for £2.00
Buy 2 for £4.50 and get £5 back (I think)

    Harpic Power Plus toilet cleaner
    Tesco - £1.70 each
    Asda - 2 for £2.00
Buy 2 for £3.40 and get £2.80 back (I think)

Have bought this morning and sent off my receipt number so I'll soon find out!

Very smart! Can we take on MrT twice? I will have a look tonigh when I'm back for more deals ;)

Surely not as the SEL will be yesterdays price which was higher at 10.49 and todays price is lower than that therefore you wont be overcharged so no DTD???/

    That's what I was thinking!!

If the SEL said £5.24 and it went through at £10.49 then that's when you can claim DTD instore. Not the other way around.

I think what we ment is that the system is not changed over and MrT will try to charge £10.49 instead of the £5.00.

just a quick query, when i went to use my voucher yesterday, i could not use it on the self service tills, apparently they will not allow such a large voucher to be used (£22). Has anybody else found this?

I mentioned in an earlier post that the voucher asks the till operator to input the value, hence why it doesn't work on self-service (or you could enter any amount you felt like!)
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

For those that have used their DTD voucher on their shop, were you able to still claim for dtd on that? I found one person that reports that they did that and it worked. Anyone else did this with success?

    Thank you!

It will be fine. The DTD voucher is like any other, simply a method of payment.

I used mine and resubmitted my receipt and whilst it was cheaper in Tesco (a normal shop not a DTD hunt), it still did the compare.

I've submitted after that and I've receive mine. One was submitted at 2pm and the other one at 7pm. So maybe you should try to resubmit?
