Think I've made a blooper with the La gioiosa Pinot Grigio. Bought three today assuming Asda still had the offer on but looks like it isnt any more. I paid with a voucher but can I take them back if I don't get DTD and get a refund? Or if they will swap them plus the extra cas for the Jacobs Creek Shiraz Rose I'd be happy

I did exactly the same, i'll be taking mine back, happy to exchange for something else though if I have to, it will only be £3 odd difference in comparison between tesco and asda if you've bought other items in that shop so not too much of a disaster

I cannot believe it, My OH hates shopping and has probably been to Mr T's twice in twenty years with me. After realising how good the DTD was he came with me tonight and had his own basket and is all excited about getting a voucher back tomorrow, bless him. In fact I've just heard him on his mobile telling his mate all about it!

oh, on regards to buying something like a kindle or stockup the wine? Why not keep stock piling till the offer finishes and Tesco no longer works out cheaper. Then put any vouchers you have left towards the more expensive item, as the vouchers are good for a month after being issued :)
Just remember you can only use one voucher per transaction, so you'll need to end with one mahoosive one for this to work!

That's because the vouchers have individual barcodes now. Today the lady at the till scanned it and the till automatically took off the correct amount... thank goodness Tesco have implemented some rules to stop fraud and people reusing vouchers if receipts don't get signed. Should mean that people do not get a tough time instore anymore :)

yup thats what i meant :D

Noticed an assistant putting new labels on things tonight with dearer prices. One was a fabric conditioner. Commented on the fact the prices were on the rise and she said yes, these prices all change at midnight.

was that in T or A?

I wouldn't have thought so to be honest. If you pay by credit card, they (and every other high street company) always refund to the credit card. I can't see them giving you cash for them, to be honest.

Will they issue you a voucher? Not sure.

A swap might be more likely, but the original receipt will still include the 'faux' wine and affect your DTD total, and the new receipt will include a refund - God only knows what they do with those????
