  • My brain has become accustomed to freebies, so paying £2.50 a bottle now seems expensive, LOL.

I want it for free (or better than free, Ha) :rotfl::rotfl:

My brain is remembering that I only have a £100 DTD allowance ;)

Hello fellow bargain hunters, I had a phone call from Tesco CS today as I had emailed them and complained that their product checker wasn't returning any results. The lady informed me that there was a technical issue and that it would hopefully be resolved "by the end of this week or then end of next" was very vague...
I asked how we were supposeed to know which products were included in the offer and she just said the 1000 most common items "like milk" ???
The number was withheld so i wasn't prepared for the call and I'm no good thinking on my feet.

So all in all I reckon we won't see the product checker again and will have to continue checking both websites and then take a punt each time we shop :)

Can't remember the names - the blue, the pink, the orange, the green and the red. Shampoos and conditioners! HTH.

Pink seductively straight conditioner and shampoo worked for me. It is gorgeous. It came out as BOGOF though which wasn't on the SEL. The next time I just bought one, just in case.

Hi all, did my shop today without any problems. Did have alot of trouble finding the mattesons chicken ripper things, goodness knows where they keep them but managed to do a reasonable shop and actually bought all things we needed without any junk. Didn't have any problems at the till either, the SA asked me to explain the promotion to her and handed over a copy of the screen that shows the shopping list and the difference between the two stores as proof. She said she wouldn't have accepted the dtd voucher without it so I'm going to print that screen off each time too.

Was quite shocked that a girl flashed me a look that could chill antartica a few more degrees after scanning my shopping basket, oddly enough she had similar items. Shame some people act as if they are the only ones that should be using the dtd offer

I would go and spend it as I think they will be signing the new receipts soon too so you can't use them to claim DTD again.
