I bought some hardys crest chardonnay (£4.48 in A and £10.49 in T) and some Alta Rica Nescafe 100g coffee (£2 in A and £3.69 in T), and both came us as N/F on the receipt. So I rang customer services, (0800 505555) and spoke to a really friendly young lady. She did it manually, looking at asda's website, and then said that tesco were £20.51 over, and she would send me a gift voucher for £41.02. Just to let you all know, if things are N/F its not because they are not on the price checker or whatever, its just a glitch (according to her). So if you have any problems with things that you KNOW are on Asda's site, give Tesco a ring and they check them over the phone. She was really really helpful. Hope this helps someone

My thoughts on this are (regardless of your good result);

The coffee has changed offers at Asda, as it is now buy 2 for £5.00, which as far as the T&C's say MIGHT be the way they meant to say that offers were excluded. So in order for it to be like for like you need to match the offer from asda, which means you must buy 2 and then it might well compare it (but not as much DTD, £4.76 back)

As for the wine, as far as I was concerned it wasn't the same wine.

Tesco's is a pure Chardonnay, Asda's is a Chardonnay Sauvignon, whether this is correct/true or not, is probably why it comes up as N/F

The 400ml has been rolled back in Asda to £1.50, it's still around £3.33 in Tesco so you should get back £3.66... leave the 200ml one's well alone because they're price-matched!
