It would if sainsburys were asda, tesco are only price matching asda...

I think its tit for tat from asda running a similar offer but only offering the difference + 10%

HOWEVER, Tesco have introduced 2 for £5, so you need to buy only one in each transaction to get better DTD.

I bought two of these today! Bought a hundred quid's worth of stuff I was going to buy anyway (albeit lesser brands), with DTD should be approx. £100 voucher back. Even if I get £50 back, I would have spent £50 on similar items if this offer wasn't on, so it's win-win.
