Oh and dont forget you can always give things back to the driver if you do not want them (if the price has changed or something) and do not allow for subs! things seem to be running out fast lol

How long have people waited on average for their refund to be made back into their bank account? I had a home delivery on Tuesday last week & it still hasnt been refunded. Is this usual or should I be chasing it up do you think?

I got a refund about 3 days after my delivery but some people have had problems with it, maybe give them a ring to see?

I did a small DTD shop online last week, I just got an early delivery slot, double checked the prices just before midnight the night before (so I could alter my basket/cancel if everything had changed) and crossed my fingers! Also I made sure I only ordered things with a good DTD value, as it's based on the cost of your whole basket. Just did a seperate order the day before for normal shopping.

I only spent £26ish as I didn't have more spare cash for the initial outlay, and got a voucher back for £18.94. Everything went through fine but I messed up and ordered 2 packs of Birds Eye frozen veg by mistake (£1.75 or 2 for £2, Asda selling for £1 so didn't affect the rest of the DTD) Now just waiting til I have some money tomorrow for another go!

My home delivery was Wednesday and not had my refund yet.

They refund your voucher for an online shop, i am guessing this is what the poster is referring too.
