(Just to clear up on an earlier topic, YES, 'faggot' is very, very different according to where you live. In some areas of the UK it's a really mild general cheeky term - 'daft old faggot', like 'daft old git' for example - and in other areas it's quite offensive. My American boyfriend informs me that in the USA if you even said 'just going out to smoke a fag' people would look at you in horror for being VERY offensive!)

I haven't seen any as they all seem pretty much price matched :)

People had said yesterday that they thought the prices would be changing today on the Tesco website.

Do you think it would be a good idea to do an online shop tonight for delivery on Wednesday/Thursday then once prices have settled a bit?

i know im now discussing it , but can we not ask questions like did you get dtd , everyone has put there dtd through at different times , the idea of the thread is to just have prices of goods that is different from the two supermarkets , you then have to check it yourself weather someone has it or not , and if you think tesco need to look on here , as soon as you submit your form they know which ones they are losing out on ,but it takes them time to impliment it , if someone does not get dtd post on here that it has expired , lets see if we can do it ,you can have the discussions on the other thread, REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT YOURSELFS NOT JUST GO WHAT PRICE IS ON HERE , HAPPY DTD SHOPPING !:j

I bought some yesterday but haven't put my receipt in yet ;)

People have had dtd for this one before the price checker vanished- I'm not sure if people have tried it since though. Providing tesco will still price match then it's an even better deal if you buy 6 bottles as tesco will give you a 5% discount but will use the pre discount price to calculate your dtd! More money for you and free wine ;) If it wasn't matched then it'd be perfectly reasonable to take it for a refund as it's a non perishable. Hope that helps :)

I could be totally wrong but I think Asda might update on a Wednesday meaning their prices may well rise to be the same or closer to tesco (like the baileys did). I would do a shop for tomorrow or if possible shop in store asap :)
