So I bought the wine, the green huggies wipes, one cheese, one lurpak and some nappies to bring my dtd voucher down.
You may think I am crazy but initially spent just under £60 but my store seem to be very strict re the £100 limit so my dtd should be around £40 meaning I can use my next dtd this month instead of having to wait next month (if the offer still exists then!). Even better Tesco have price matched on Pampers soo I haven't spent more than I normally would have done and haven't walked out with lots of choc that isn't going to get eaten.
Word of warning though, in my store they had removed the comfort strawberry and were removing the wipes as I was taking them back off her lol
i only bought 1 wipes were they not bogof?0 -

just been out for my tesco shop and now catching uo with the thread.........
apologies if i offended you, nothing personal, your spreadsheets etc have been invaluable and we are very grateful.:)
however, i registered with the PTS site with the same user name as MSE and found a few days later for no reason wouldn't let me log on, confused sent several emails and nothing. I now registered with a different user name and my daughters email address and everything was ok until yesterday i couldn't access any of the tesco thread
I have nothing against you or PTS, I wonder if you could explain why this is happening???
Is there really a technical problem? (or is this just an excuse?)
I have sensed an anti MSE vibe on there occasionally -("once the MSE'ers start with the DTD it'll all be over" kind of tone) which i found a little upsetting. Why the rivalry we are all in this together?
I just wondered if they feel MSE'ers are now looking at there thread to grab the bargains and deals and they are not welcoming of this so have barred newbies from viewing
I have not been a member of MSE that long and I also frequent HUKD. Although we occasionally disagree it is a very friendly thread. I have no problem with visitors from other threads, this is not MY website or MY thread , it is open to whoever wants to view, it just seems PTS may have changed the goalposts for its own forums.
No hard feelings x:)
ps got the rosating tins and 2 olays couldn't believe came to £40 for just those items, my voucher was for £47 so topped up with hula hoops, ragu sauces, pringles, went a bit overboard and total shop came to £53 so just £6 extra to pay
By the way the palmers cocoa butter was reduced to £1.69 or something on our tesco shelf,
Also hula hoops are on multibuy at Tesco so only get one (although if you do get 2 doesn't matter too much as 2 for £3) still would get £2 back
No problem Celebrate . However, I don't know anything about the spreadsheets - that was somebody else.
So far as I know, PTS has been having ongoing problems with the Tesco links dropping out - none of us could see them yesterday and we thought they had been all deleted. The threads came and went a few times and we were told the admin guys were doing the best they could to sort it.
I know there are a few anti MSE comments made (as there are on here re PTS !) but a lot of it is not aimed exactly at MSE, its the concern that Martin goes on TV, sends out newsletters etc. telling every man and his dog about the glitches and then they get pulled.
I use both sites and find both useful for different aspects of shopping.ELITE 5:2
