My vouchers have come in, at a respectable £94.40 and £28.21

Yesterday i wasted a whole day sat by the computer, worrying they had pulled the plug and that I wasnt going to get my vouchers and would have to take 4 bottles of baileys and a load of coca cola back!!

Very happy now though and a big thanks to everyone who was here yesterday, giving advice and their opinion on what was going to happen. Made the day go a lot quicker.

...but until someone finds a reliable route round the price checker, i think im giving it a break and will spend my vouchers on normal food :)

    Twinkleys,

    When did you purchase?

I got 6 of the jacobs creek thursday about 2.30ish for 51.xx & just got my voucher back for almost £48. I checked the price checker and T & As sites both before & after I shopped & it was definitely there both times

But isnt that all the items tesco is cheaper on?
  • I bought the rose yesterday, i checked pricechecker plus both T and A sites as well - looking at their websites this morning, prices are still the same as on the pricechecker, ie T is dearer - my question is, and sorry if its been answered, does it HAVE to show on the pricechecker, if it shows on the websites? thanks if anyone can clarify.

Yes, It MUST be comparable on the pricechecker. If it's not there T won't honour it.

Bloody typical!! I had a quick go last week, using things off the pricechecker (on my phone while wandering around the store) , but they didn't all go through so spent £55 and got £26 back. Bought some very overpriced Airwick reed diffusers and Ariel stain remover LOL!! Was going to try again this week double checking Asda website as well as Tesco pricechecker, as I think that's how they're catching some of us out - not updating pricechecker when Asda take cheaper items off website. If pricechecker is down is prob not worth the bother, as I bet they'll wriggle out of it! Might go and spend my voucher on stuff I actually need - unfortunately I don't live near enough to a Tesco to keep popping in and out. :(

dont quote me on this but i would assume if you paid by card and used club card they could do that? not so sure if you paid in cash thou

    From t&c's
    1. To use your vouchers in store, vouchers must be presented together with your original receipt and can be redeemed off the cost of your next shop at the checkouts. You must retain your original receipt as vouchers are not valid without the original receipt. Photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
    copied from zoold thanks

Thanks, both of you. I did pay by card and used my Clubcard so it would be possible I reckon. Any Tesco staff able to confirm?
