Well I was refused to use my voucher tonight, they said that the times were different - which they all are! 12/24 rubbish - and they have no one to check with so I need to go back!!!

I am phoning tomorrow to absolutely go ballistic with head office, staff need training before the promo starts not during!

I'm sorry to say that as you KNEW you were right, then you should have stood your ground, or left a full basket of produce for them to re-shelf/bin.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

I most certainly did, left all my shopping in the trolley, I wasn't rude to the staff member but I did tell them that this should have been sorted out before they started this huge promotion.

has anyone got a voucher...used it to pay for things....and been able to get another voucher. And then used the new voucher?

The reason I ask is it seems little strange...
for example...I buy 2 lots of durcell rechargeable batteries for £20

and get a DTD voucher for £20. Then use this voucher to buy 2 more sets of batteries...

and get another DTD voucher for £20...then use this voucher to buy 2 more sets of batteries

and so so. I could just keep going yet my intial outlay is only £20?

This version is editable - so people can add rows etc.

    See if it works?

Edit - it didn't work; some idiot kept putting dirty words in (oh grow up) and then some bright spark managed to simply delete all the info.

I think that sharing can only work if people know their way around Spreadsheets and there are no idiots messing with it.

It's a bit like Wikipedia, anybody can edit anything, but there, someone checks what is being changed.

Surf powder tropical. 50 wash, 4 kilos. £10-21 tesco £7 in Asda, thats off pricechecker, not on Tescos own site.

I've got it on Tesco site for £10.21 on Asda for £7.00 and those prices also apply on pricechecker.

Tesco's are a nightmare with staff training, they never keep them up to speed with all their great schemes......the same happens every time the double up voucher starts!
I would be emphasising the use of your time and petrol and hope that they send you a gesture!

Yes you can go round and round in circles repeating the same shop......that is, until those particular offers stop!

It isn't just Tesco, I remember the Debenhams £5 vouchers at Christmas.....what a nightmare they were for some people!

I have made a spreadsheet of beers, wines and spirits showing the Tesco price, Asda price and price after DTD and have sorted it so the lowest price after DTD are at the top.

The link for the spreadsheet is https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AvYqEf83lwANdE02ajdDa09BOE9PUGYxRWhyMmFuX2c&hl=en&authkey=CMTX98YD

    Some good deals include:
Isla Negra Res Merlot @ 97p per bottle
Hardys Crest Cabernet Shiraz Merlot @ 93p profit per bottle
    Pimms £6.03 per bottle
Jameson Irish Whiskey @ £5 per bottle

    HTH

    Thanks.

Need to watch for multi buy deals, the Own Label Finest Malbec is buy 2 for £10 in Tesco, so probably no deal there. Asda is £5 each.
