Been to see my Mum this morning, braved the horrid roundabout, and survived my sat nav sending me through a dodgy looking area. Her face is a mess but at least no more breaks (8 weeks since she broke hip). Still no news on how long before she can go home.

2x wm done, bathroom S&S done

Going to have a cuppa then try HHC at 14.30, feel free to join me kettle is on
  • Note to self - dont tell DH too much about flying because he may DARE you to complete the list in an hour when you tell him you CBA but his mum's coming over in "the afternoon" I'm shattered!

Thanks for kicking off a HHC, Mumof2! I finished Tuesday's list, dusted up stairs, finished Wednesday's list, hoovered through the house, dried up, washed up, hung up a load of washing, put machine back on. I can see the bottom of the washing basket but the ironing pile is big (I only emptied it Monday!).

Only have the oven and the front door (this is on my spring clean list) outstanding. That is going to take some serious inspiration. Right, off to empty the BM, dry up and maybe iplayer the ironing pile into extinction.

    Hugs and spoons.x

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
