Slow Cooker Cauliflower Cheese?

I'm hoping one of you wonderful people can help me again. I'm nipping home at lunchtime and want to make a cauliflower cheese for dinner. Can I do it in the slow cooker and if so, does anyone have a recipe?

I'm slowly learning...

Hiya, sorry to say but IMHO I wouldnt do this! Anytime I have tried cauliflower in the SC it has come out with too soggy a consistency for me. I like a nice firm cauliflower (ohh er), and a thick sauce that coats it properly so I would just make the old fashoned way - it doesnt take that long to make anyway. I have tried a potato and veg bake with cheese sauce and old serveral curries with cauliflower and each time I have regretted putting cauli in my SC - sorry!

Please don't slow cook your cauli ! I agree with Katglasgow;) Cauli cheese doesn't take long to make - about 10 mins to cook your cauli and you can make the cheese sauce while it's cooking.

Slow cookers excel at casseroles,soups and stews, particularly cheap cuts of meat. They can't be used for everything I'm afraid.
