Anyone know where i can get a medium sized meat press preferably a Adelmann [german]

You asked this question before and didn't get an answer so I'll have a go.

I don't think there's much of a market for these. Most of the meat presses I could find are small and for use in domestic kitchens. Like this one for example.

An Ebay seller with good feedback has what they describe as an extra large used meat press for £41 including delivery.

If you must have an Adelmann one then you could contact them for stockists. You'll have to phone them though because they say their website has been hacked.
