Pre-congratulations! I know how you feel, I went the full 12 months too. Remember when you check the Individual Insolvency register that you have to click on your name and go in to your details to see 'discharged'.

I'll think of you if you think of me on that day, it's my BR Court date, lol.

Congrats though, I hope I feel as upbeat as you in a year's time.

We are on countdown as my hubby will be AD'd at midnight tonight. We both declared last year on 15 March 2011, and I got ED in January. I hate to think where we would have been if we hadn't taken that step and gone to court - even tho it was a last minute rush (they phoned me on the Friday to say that they had an appointment open up on the Monday - did we want it!!!) I was so scared that I hadn't filled the paperwork in properly for us!

So now onto the next set of stresses! I am in my final year of nurse training - and that in itself brings a whole new barrow load of stress, but also by the end of December my income will have stopped (as I won't be a student anymore) and if I can't get a job I am not sure what will happen - but then we can jump over those hurdles then not now - I will be saving like mad this year to give us a cushion!!!!

Congrats to everyone who is going to be AD'd this month. WE DID IT!
