How to turn idea into reality

Hi guys and gals
i have an idea for an internet based business which i think i has real potential. The problem is i have no real business skills or financial clout.
I think therefore the way forward is to find an already proven entrepenuer and try to sell them my idea (not physically sell but more convince them of its potential!).
What do people think would be the best way forward? Thanks

I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

I would try and get some skills yourself rather than get someone else involved.0 -
Thanks for the replies.
I may well give the business link a try. I could try to acquire some skills but again I have no money so unless I could find someone who was prepared to invest. One of the reasons I wanted someone with experience was also for the promotion aspect - they will know the best way to attract clients etc to the site.I've just started entering the competitions (July 07).
