TOPCASHBACK/lowcostholidays CON?

These past weeks ive been looking on a lowcostholidays.com for a trip to ibiza

every time my friend priced the holiday she was getting it £9 less.( not a lot but every little helps!)

every time i priced by clicking on the link through topcachback it i was getting it £9 more.

only just realised that if i clear all cookies and go on it via google not topcachbacks link the price appears if by magic at £9 less!

hmmmm anyone shead some light on this ? seems pretty dodgy?
